It goes like this, when he's wearing the Buzz Lightyear jammies 

(which is as as often, and for as long as you'll let him):

"You call me Buzz.  I not Isaac.  I Buzz. " 

We bofe Buzz... He Talks!

He say like this: (arm thrust in the air) 

'Buzz Witeyear to the Wescue!... 

I got Buzz for Christmas.  From Master Chief."
