New Bike-a-sickle.

Too bad Isaac's birthday isn't in the summer.  We'd have a good reason to get him a bike.   

Turns out bikes aren't much fun in the winter, when his birthday comes around.

So we got him a bike anyway.  

Because it was on sale.  

And it was Father's Day.  

Because, you know, he has a father.  And sometimes, that's worth celebrating.

So here we are testing out the new "bike-a-sickle."

Getting a few pointers.

 

"I'm doing it!"

(He wasn't actually moving.)

Here we go again!

... Maybe.

As long as it's downhill or someone's giving him a little boost.

He keeps trying to pedal backwards.  

Which is, of course, the brakes.

We'll keep practicing.
