Let There Be Baseball

So last night we went with the part of usual summer crew to a minor league baseball game. We were running a bit late and by the time we got there, it was standing room only. We talked about it, decided we weren't going to pay to stand and watch a game, and were walking away trying to come up with alternative entertainment, when the general manager of the stadium asks us if we want three free tickets to the VIP section. This made our alternative entertainment decision easier. We bought 2 standing room tickets (just so we all had a ticket in hand) and followed the manager guy up to the upper deck and sat in seats right behind the catcher. Basically, it was awesome. And we won. And there were fireworks at the end. That, my friends, is success.
